Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship almost worldwide. If you don't see your destination during checkout, contact me here for a quote.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product purchased and depending on the delivery address, the total will be calculated directly at the order checkout.


What are the shipping times for paintings?

Of course it depends on the shipping address, generally orders are prepared in 2-3 working days from payment.
Domestic shipments require 24/48 hours, those in Europe 3-5 working days while international shipments 5-10 working days to be delivered depending on the speed of customs procedures.
Shipping details are provided via email upon order completion.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the painting purchased and the quantity of products selected.
A special shipping cost calculator is available during checkout.


Is it possible to buy the painting with the frame?

Unfortunately it is too complicated for me to ship the painting complete with frame, the risk of damage during transport is high. All my paintings are sold already stretched on a fir frame, your next painting will arrive ready to hang.


Is it possible to view the paintings in person before purchasing?

The sale takes place exclusively online, I do not have a showroom in which I display my paintings and I am not able to receive customers at my studio.


How can I make a return?
  1. Log in to your account here
  2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click **Continue**.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included there.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
  8. Click on **Request return**.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions (which will be at your expense). Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund according to the store's policies.
